Charles could not of any more for us, he really knows his products and gave the perfect service, enough information to make a considered choice, enough space to play with the demo beds & pillows and as much time as we needed. Utterly perfect service.

The salesman knew his product very well, and explained everything very clearly. He was informative but not at all pushy. Caring and considerate of our needs and requirements.

Charles was very friendly and professional. His advice was thorough and knowledgeable and we did not feel pressured. He has a welcoming manner which we both appreciated and he spent a good amount of time answering questions as well as guiding us through the various products. It was actually a pleasure to buy from him.

Very helpful and friendly staff who took the time to understand what we wanted but without being in any way pushy. Store manager was very knowledgeable and able to help us replace a mattress which is no longer made. Three members of staff also helped us in the run up to and past the store closing time without making us feel rushed or that we were not welcome. I would definitely use this store again.

We returned to Dreams after purchasing our previous matress from dreams 10 years ago. We needed 3 matresses for the house. The assistant enquired after our needs and budget for each mattress. He was extremely informative and helpful. We did not feel rushed or hassled into any purchase. We have purchased all 3 from you and would not hesitate to return again. We have had two extremely positive experiences now. I dont think I will go anywhere else.

When my wife and myself thought we knew what we wanted we were shell shocked from the barrage of questions and approaches from various sales assistants advising every thing under the sun. However, when we went into Dreams, Jonathan the store Manager approached us and politely said "good afternoon, have a look around and If we require any help to let him know." We spent a long time in the store looking for products and getting ideas. We approached Jonathan, he sat us down and made us a welcome cup of tea and coffee and then presented him with what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and very honest with us to the extent that we only originally wanted a bed for our son but ended up buying 2 sets of bedroom furniture for our house. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy or heavy sales technique, perfect, after the battering we had from other sales outlets. The manager was a very nice sincere chap and would not hesitate in asking for him again. We were very happy with our purchases for that day in Dreams.
