Both the staff members were bright and helpful - not pushy.

Charles was very knowledgable but not at all pushy. He guided us but let us make up our own minds while pointing out the differences between the various types of bed. He left us alone when we wanted that but was there to help us with our questions. The ordering process was clear and he made sure we understood all aspects of it.

We were served by Charles in the Chippenham store. He was extremely helpful and was able to answer all our questions and queries. He allowed us to take our time making our choice even though the store was about to close. We were phoned the next day to confirm our delivery date and they were even able to offer us an earlier date which is fantastic. We were very satisfied with the service we received.

The shop assistant was very helpful and seemed to have all the knowledge regarding the mattress that we required. Also the service to take away our old mattress is so helpful - unlike your competitors who will not provide this service who say get in touch with the council !! Kieran of Dreams Chippenham was very very helpful, and plesent and a very knowledgeable man 10/10 to Kieran.

Store Assistant Charles, provided comprehensive product knowledge across the whole range. At no time did we feel under any pressure to complete a purchase. Charles was happy to spend as much time as was required to ensure our confidence in any purchase we wished to make. His explanation of products enabled us to purchase to our exact requirements.

Charles was fantastic gave us information and then left us to it. Knew his stuff.

The Dreams store at Chippenham is very well run but the success of our visit and the subsequent placing of our order was primarily due to the highly professional approach and knowledge of the sales assistant who looked after us at the Chippenham Dreams store. Her name is Zoe and, thanks to her, both my wife and myself were delighted with the transaction. We both think that she is an asset to Dreams.
