Johnathon greeted my sons and I on Friday at 5pm and spent 30 minutes showing us a range of products. We returned the next morning with my husband and spent over an hour in the store testing mattresses and getting advice. We must have been delighted with the service as we left having spent almost £3k on 3 mattresses, 3 bed protectors and 4 pillows!

Went to 2 dreams stores on separate occasions whilst looking for a bed. Both times was met with very friendly sales assistants who were welcoming and not pushy. I felt that I could trust them to help me make the correct choices.

The salesman was very friendly, and helpful, without being too pushy, but was always there to help us with any queries.
