Both the manager and staff member were very knowledgeable and very helpful. They were not pushy and explained the different products thoroughly and helped me make an informed decision. Let me try the mattresses to see which ones I felt comfortable with. Delivery time excellent didn’t have to wait long for delivery. All in all a pleasant experience.

I entered the store with specific requirements. The Dreams customer advisor, Charles, listened and made appropriate recommendations, including trying various mattresses. On making a selection, and being aware of my budget, Charles offered a very attractive deal which I was happy to accept.
