We found it very interesting learning new information about products and were surprised to learn that our quality of life could be so improved by the prospective purchase of a Dreams bed. Charles, your sales representative in the Chippenham store could not have been more helpful. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining various products to us and answering any questions we may have had. All in all a very pleasant experience!

We were given a good welcome in the store by the salesperson and given excellent advice about the differences in the functions and quality of the mattresses. We were helped to make an informed decision enough to buy our mattress there and then.

I had a good idea what mattress I was after having purchased one from Dreams before but needed assistance on the different options available. The assistant was there right when needed, very happy, helpful, and knowledgeable and he guided us through at just the right pace making us feel very relaxed and confident we were getting the right mattress for our circumstances. All the assistants chipped in with some great advice, really pleased with the service!
