Charles and his female colleague were helpful friendly and knowledgable I purchase more than one product and I purchase something based on more information provided by Charles rather than going on what I thought I wanted. I choose the right mattress for me for comfort rather than going by a type. I also purchased pillows as I now know how important that are. I am entirely happy with spending the extra as my comfort for a good night sleep is important

Was meet by Charles who was very friendly and helpful. He talked to us about sleeping positions and then showed us and provided different products to try. He helped us pop a quote together and purchase a pillow. I returned a couple of days later and Jon help me put the order together and try out different duvets one of which was added to the order. I also was given a lovely cuppa tea. Overall a smooth and enjoyably experience. I cant wait for my new bed to arrive.

John at the Chippenham branch was extremely helpful, he was attentive and listened to what we were looking for. I cannot praise him enough. Would definitely recommend a visit to Dreams and John to all my friends and family.

We dealt with the store manager - he was excellent. Very friendly and new his stuff. Gave us all the time and space we needed but always there to answer questions. First class.

The sales team were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. They seemed very genuine and made us feel very confident we were making the right decision for us - and that if there were any problems they would be easily remedied.

Needed mattress urgently and Charles explained our options for a roll up mattress and were able to try it and purchase immediately
