The store Assistant, Charles listened to what my requirements were and also addressed some issues I had experienced in the past with mattresses/beds. His knowledge of the industry made me feel confident in taking his advice and suggestions. His friendly but professional manner encouraged me to look at various options, something I know I wouldn't have looked at, left to my own devices! It was nice not to feel pressured into making a purchase and I left the store happy that not only had my requirements been met but also at a generally good price.

I was served by Charles who was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel completely as ease. I was on my own which felt quite daunting but was soon made to feel very welcome, the offer of a cuppa was amazing!

Me and my partner had just moved out into our first home and needed a new bed. Having never done this before it was all new and rather confusing. But the staff made it much simpler and was very helpful in explaining and advising on what would be best for our needs. As a young couple who are new to all this they could of quite easily taken advantage and ripped us off but they didn't and they were very lovely and even got us discount. Very happy with end result

Johnathan the person that assisted us with buying the bed was really friendly, knew a lot about the products that were in the store and took time to make sure that we were happy with what we were buying.

Lovely gentleman took about Hour and half with us explained everything even sold us a couple of lovely pillows which we didn’t go in for but pleased with them with new mattress
