We were looking for a specific bed we had seen on the website. We visited the Chippenham branch and found it in stock. I looked good and we were shown several types of mattress to choose from. Having tried these and listening to the advice from Johnathan, we placed our order. He was very helpful.

I hate any form of shopping especially with my wife but on this one and only occasion my wife and I left your store without arguing, a smile on our faces looking forward to receiving our purchase. This was solely due to the excellent service of Charles who's product knowledge and personality were 1st class and should be recognised by yourselves as an asset to your company.

Jonathan at the Chippenham store was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was very honest and very very patient. He offered me everything I might want to add on to the order, but wasn't pushy when I stated why some of the things wouldn't be suitable for me. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to see Jonathan for future items.

We were welcomed on arrival but were given time to look around at our own pace and were not harassed. We were assisted by James who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product we were intrested in. James was able to give s all the information we required to be able to proceed with our purchase and was extremely pleasant to deal with.

The sales staff were very knowledgeable but not pushy. Gave us plenty of time to ourselves to look around the store and make our own decision.

We experienced amazing customer service and knowledge with care from Charles - he was very thorough and passionate about the products available and we were grateful for his guidance - he understood our needs well and no hard sell which is gratefully received in the current market.
