Charles, our sales representative was very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. He gave us plenty of time and space for us to look for our two king sized mattresses for family members with differing needs. He was very friendly and approachable and able to give us useful advice to help us choose the right product for us. Thank you so much for you time and advice.

Kieren was very helpful from the start and provided us with tea and coffee while deliberated on our purchase. He was efficient, competent and very good humoured.

Friendly staff great service

Both graham and his colleague Charlie looked after my family and I very well, including giving me water sad my daughter a balloon. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure to purchase

Kieran was very helpful and friendly offered my husband and I a nice cup of coffee while dealing with my order explained everything about additional cover against damage asked if I had any questions and made sure I was completely happy before completing order I also purchased some pillows which I am very pleased with this is my second large purchase at this store both times with Kieran I would certainly shop there again

Staff very knowledgeable about products but not over powering making you rush to buy. They want you to choose the right product that suites you and your budget. Staff member Charles very helpful and good at listing to what we wanted.
