We were highly satisfied with our experience at dreams, Charles the salesman was very helpful, he showed us the beds that we were interested in, gave us time to have a look round and we didn't feel pressured.

Kieran was a perfect example of customer service at its best! It was not a rushed experience, I had a cup of tea and he answered all of my daft questions haha.

The assistant Charles was very helpful explaining about different types of bed we were looking for and was able to answer all our questions, when we decided what we wanted the ordering process was quick and easy.

The salesman 'Charles' was very knowledgeable about the products and what sort of bed that would meet our needs and why. He explained the products clearly and showed us why different products were better or worse by explaining what we were looking for in your body alignments when lying down. He was able to explain further into how the beds were made and what difference it makes. He was able to get us a good deal and delivery that met our needs and requirements. A very professional and personal touch. I was very impressed with his manner as he was able to explain and point us in the right direction but also he was able to leave us alone to try out and discuss the beds to put into practise what he had explained. A very personal touch to the sales.

The staff were extremely helpful & efficient. He listened to my needs & gave appropriate advice - very impressed that he didn't just try to sell me the most expensive - he really listened to what i needed. He was friendly & helpful & even offered my a beverage whilst sorting my order & helped load it into my car for me.
