Very friendly and helpful.

Charlie in the chippenham store was great. He answered all my questions and asked me quite a few also, which no other store really did. He had a lot of information on the products and really helped me on making my decisions. Very happy with the while experience.

Great service from both stores we visited, friendly, helped us find the right product and got the balance of giving info and leaving time/space to us to choose spot on

The salesman Jonathan was very good and explained everything we needed to know. The service was quick and I do not feel pressured.

Greeted with a friendly face and answered all.our questions, very helpful offered us a coffee which we accepted whike our order went through, will be back for our bed for our spare room

Very pleased as Charles in the Chippenham store was really helpful and gave us time to have a good look at three different beds which we had narrowed our search down to. We had lots of questions which he was able to answer and very patient as we changed our minds halfway through placing the order. Then couldn’t make up our minds over headboards but again he was really good and helped us get the right headboard as the one that we’re meant for the beds were too big and added extra inches to the bed which wouldn’t fit into the space they needed to. Will visit he store again as another bed is needed soon

Charles was very helpful, he talked about different ways to help get a better night's sleep. He listened to our needs and showed us exactly the types of mattress that would be suitable.

From the moment me and my Fiancé walked in, the team were there to help us.Charles the sales assistant couldn’t have been more helpful. His vast knowledge about everything sleepy was educating whilst picking our bed. He took the time to go through all the different styles, brands, and gave us tips on how to sleep better and get the most from our product. He recommended without pushing the sale on us. He gave us advice and was extremely professionsal, caring and helpful. I can’t recommend him highly enough. It was genuinely some of, if not the best customer service we have ever had. Charles is a real credit to your team. Once we had chosen a bed we were handed over to the store manage Jon who took us through our finance application. Again, nothing was to much trouble. He went through all the different options available to us and did everything he could to make us happy without being pushy or rude. He even helped us to the car with our bedding once we were done. I left the store feeling that not only I had purchased a quality product, but that I had got the best product within my price range.This store cannot be faulted! 10/10 for effort, customer service and customer satisfaction.

The staff were very friendly and offered me helpful advice when I needed it. The show room was very well presented and everything was very clean. Overall was a very stress free experience and one I would happily do again.
