Superb attention from the sales assistant. Not rushed. Offered coffee. Products demonstrated. Given time lying on the bed to decide.

The salesperson was knowledgeable of all products giving us the information to make the right choice for us without any pressure towards a particular product.

The store assistant Charles was very helpful and knowledgeable. There were plenty of opportunities to test the mattresses and decide which was best suited to me.

Assistant Charles was very patient with us. Understood our needs and budget. Extensive knowledge of all the products. Explanation of matching body and mattress was exceptional. No pressure to purchase and was not rushed. Felt very comfortable in the store which was well laid out and easy to understand the types of mattresses with colour system. Really happy with the whole experience.

The staff (Charles) was knowledgeable and friendly but also gave us time to browse independently so that we didn't feel pushed or too rushed.

As soon as we entered the store we were approached by a member of staff and asked if we needed help.He was very welcoming.

From the moment we walked in, when we received a friendly welcome, to the time we left the store we were well looked after and were given all the help and assistance we needed.

I received very good service, time was taken to understand my needs and I felt that the salesman was very experienced and knowledgeable.
