What really impressed us about Dreams is that the staff really tried to understand our needs and help us find the right product.

We Came in looking for a guest bed. We were shown to where the guest beds that they had on display and after having a in depth conversation about our needs and not having the exact product on the shop floor to look at. We had questions about the other beds available. Conversation then carried on to find that the staff member had only recently started there so could not answer all our questions but would get someone that could. Which is fine with us as every one cant know everything from day one. So while talking to the other member of staff about the beds etc and then through the ordering process the pair of them where also having to put up with interacting with 3 year old son that just wants to play with anything and everything.

Kieran and John were both very helpful, gave useful suggestions for new mattresses and pillows and helped keep our 16 month old son busy whilst doing so.

My purchase was very straight follow but I wasn't pushed into buying something more expensive or not what I needed. I was treated as a valued customer.
