On entering the shop in Chippenham we had a good few minutes to view the beds and mattresses before an assistant asked if he could help.He explained everything we wanted to know even offered us a cup of coffee! I would certainly recommend for the service and value DREAMS every time .

Charles was extremely knowledgeable and gave us the right information then left us alone to look before coming back to us. Very happy with his service style.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Graham quickly understood what we needed while Kieran explained the financing options clearly to us. Most importantly my husband was happy shopping. We were able to find all the bedroom furniture we wanted at a highly discounted price.

Generally just a very good experience when buying a bed. Not the most interesting thing to be doing but the service provided was knowledgeable, efficient and also more personal rather than overly professional. When we visited Benson's for example, the sales rep there didn't ask our name for half an hour and just focused on sales.

We actually paid two visits to the Chippenham Store before making our purchase. Charles was very informative on both occasions and made sure that we were fully conversant with all the promotions on offer together with the best Beds that were available to help me with my ongoing Back problems.

The beds I wanted to look at were on display. I would have liked to have seen the fabric I wanted but understand you can't stock everything. I visited three times, once with my family. One the first and third visit I was helped by Charlie who was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. The other chaps that helped on the other visits were also helpful and there was no pressure at any time.
