Jon advised me to what bed would be appropriate for my health needs, and he was overall very professional but in a friendly manor.

The guy who put the order through for us was really helpful and friendly.

Sales person was highly knowledgeable on products, gave options and helped with choice, was not pushing for a sale and gave plenty of time to make the right choice. was friendly from start to finish offering drinks while looking at beds and during the sales process. would recommend store to friends.

I explained what I needed - to buy beds that could be taken up a difficult staircase to the bedrooms and we discussed the options that suited my needs. I was shown the range of mattresses and pillows available and discussed which were suitable for my needs. I was not rushed into making a decision without knowing the options
