Your sales advisor, Kieran ( Chippenham branch) was friendly , knowledgeable and understood my needs. He showed me a range of products to choose from and explained the qualities of all of them. I felt confident in making a decision with this knowledge. I was pleased with the delivery time and free delivery service. It was an added bonus and surprise to receive a free mattress topper!

I was served by the manager Jonathon and this guy knows his stuff he didn't rush or force me into buying anything I didn't he described each product in detail and was very patient with me as I couldn't make my mind up but I did by from him due to his friendless and knowledge of the beds and mattresses and how quick it was going to be delivered to me so this guy is a pure asset to dreams

Charles at your Chippenham store was fantastic. His product knowledge was second to none. And his enthusiasm to help was brilliant, yet not too much. We were allowed time to try the products for as long as we wanted. We were given advice on sleeping positions and what would be good for the way sleep. Very satisfied with the assistance we were given. Great.

Charles was very helpful and knowledgeable about the goods on offer nothing seemed to much for him and I was not pushed to go for more expensive items

It was great to be able to book a slot. I was given all the time I needed and felt completely comfortable hopping on and off various beds. Jon was full of knowledge and expertise. He was attentive but also left me time to consider and try on my own. He listened to my needs and reacted to my comments by making further suggestions. I was given full information in all respects. I was just delighted at how easily I could make a well informed decision and I have already recommended the store to family and friends.
