Rhianna was extremely friendly and speedy in pointing me to the bed I wanted and placing my order.

Excellent service from start to finish, all taking place in under half an hour.

Charles and the trainee (sorry but can't remember what her name was but for only being on the job for 2 weeks was brilliant) who served us were both friendly and knowledgeable without giving us the hard sell. They both seemed to want to find what suited us rather than make a sale.

The staff were extremely helpful but not at all pushy. They were very knowledgeable about the products and the physical effects of sleeping positions on the body. We were encouraged to test out the beds to find a perfect match for us. Overall it was an excellent pre-sales experience.

Jonathan was excellent in all repects; highly knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly (without being overly so) and attentive. He also left me alone when necessary giving me time to decide how I felt about each item. At no time did I feel rushed or pressurised. Choosing an important item such as a bed can feel confusing. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or awkward. I was even offered a cuppa.

The greeting was very welcoming. We were offered a drink and given the chance to look before being approached. The staff were knowledgeable and took on board our needs. Over all a very experience. Definitely recommend to family and friends.
