Olyvia was extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we stepped into the store. She was very knowledgeable and really assisted with my decision over which mattresses to buy for my two boys. There was no pressurised sales tactics. When Olyvia was serving us, she offered us bottles of water, which was very appreciated. She is a really asset to your company (this was in your Chippenham store, but she was covering. She is normally based out of your Swindon store).

Our sales lady at the Chippenham store (Rihanna) was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. We didn’t feel rushed in any way & she was able to answer all our questions.

I've spoken with several colleagues in store and everybody was professional and friendly. Excellent customer service.

We had a few options in mind for bed frames and mattresses when we came into the store. James the salesman made it fun and easy to find the correct choice for us.

We bought a new mattress from the Chippenham store and was seen to by Rihanna, Rihanna was extremely helpful and patient with my fussy needs, Rihanna even sold my partner on 2 of the tempur cooling pillows after trying them while finding a suitable mattress, (that was surprising as my partner is usually a “hard sell”) We experienced the science bed machine thing that had Stacey from Gavin and Stacey analysing our sleeping style, me and my partner never knew it was so technical! Seriously though give Rihanna a bonus or something she is an asset to your business, we were expecting to pay around £500 when we went in and spent £1300 (not even bothered)

The gentleman who helped me on my first visit which was 15 minutes before closing time was friendly, helpful and di not rush me and clearly passed on my information to his colleagues because when I visited the following day I di not have to go through it all again

Charlie was excellent in the process of purchasing a sofa bed. Very informative, helpful and friendly.

Charles the rep in Chippenham was extremely helpful and sympathetic to my medical needs when choosing the right mattress. From the use of the computerised bed and trying the different choices it came up with. I felt like Goldilocks trying to my ‘just right’ bed
