Can’t fault any area of the shopping experience from walking through to door at the beginning through walking out at the end. The customer service was exceptional, showing us all products we were interested going above and beyond to ensure we were seeing everything we possibly could of done without trying to over sell anything or show us anything we weren’t interested in. I will most definitely be going back for future bed products and mattresses along with passing on to other friends and families.

The lovely colleague that helped us find our perfect mattress was called Charles, he couldn’t do enough to make sure we were fully wised up about what would be best for us before making our decision!

The sales assistant (Jonathan) was very helpful and we were guided through the mattress suitability process in a relaxed and friendly way. We were then able to try out mattress options without any sense of being rushed or guided to just the most expensive options. it was also helpful to have input on the types of mattresses and their pros and cons.

Assistant was very helpful without being pushy. He took on board exactly what we had asked for, our budget and requirements and was very knowledgeable. He was patient, and let us try different beds at our leisure and sat us down with a coffee while we finalised our order. I was pleasantly surprised with the service.

Very friendly sales staff and knowledgeable

I came in to Dreams after visiting Bensons in the same retail park. I was disappointed in Bensons as the lady I spoke to was unfriendly and didnt listen to my needs regarding budget. I was not planning to buy anything on the day as I thought everything would be out of my price range but was just looking for research. As soon as I walked into Dreams, Charles had a friendly smile and answered all my questions thoroughly and knowledgably. He pointed out some mattresses that were reduced for clearance in response to my budget and helped me to match a pillow to the mattress. I was so happy to find a great mattress that I could afford. I have had struggles with anxiety for some time and this was the first time I'd left the house for nearly two months. My experience at Dreams was really positive and really helped my confidence. Charles is a credit to your company.
