Charles was very friendly, informative and came with a wealth of knowledge. He was willing to listen to what we thought our requirements were and offered alternatives with knowledge as to why they may suit our needs better to enable us to make an informed decision.

My son and I took my father who has dementia into the Chippenham store where it became apparent that the store assistant knew that my father has health problems and gave us space to browse without intrusion, once we were ready for assistance he went the extra mile to make my father feel safe, yes I mean safe and valued talking to him all the time. Knowing that my father has limited capacity to understand everything that is said, he also slowed the process to make allowances taking everything step by step. My father left the store on top of the world these moments for us as a family are priceless.

As Always, Jon and the team (Charles this time) spoke to us as loyal regular clients, took time to talk to us as people rather than potential spenders and understand our needs. Jon and his team are just genuine human beings who want to help if they can. Never feels pushed, artificial and always honest. WE COME BACK TIME AND TIME AGAIN DUE TO THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The salesman Kieran was extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable. He was helpful and not pushy we felt valued as customers and he offered great advice within our price range.

This was our second visit to the store, having bought a Tempur Memory Foam mattress via Charles at the Chippenham branch. This time we were looking for an adjustable bed for my father, Mr Norman. We had no hesitation in going straight back to Charles. He is friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and we are very grateful for all his help. We would have no hesitation in recommending him personally or returning to him at the Chippenham store in the future.
