Super friendly staff, that understood my needs and budget. Super funny comedians that made the process fun and easy. Very relaxed atmosphere with me and other customers put you at ease. No hard sell just people who listened and helped. The store manager was super helpful and allowed me options to get what I needed. Kieran was funny, helpful and a superman of beds, helping someone who's been in pain for ages with a poor mattress look forward to a good night's sleep. Angels making Dreams come true.

Charles who assisted us with looking for a mattress was extremely helpful he spent a lot of time with us to make sure we had the right one and we didn’t feel rushed. Charles knew what he was talking about and was very good and patient with my younger daughter,

The assistant was very helpful but not pushy. He explained all the different options which allowed us to make up our own mind as to which mattress we preferred. He was polite at all times.

A great choice of beds and mattresses. We were given a lot of time and assistance in being able to choose a bed with a mattress that was right for us. The staff were very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and brilliant.

Having already visited a competitor, we wanted to see what DREAMs offered. We were greeted in a friendly manner by Jonathan, he was knowledgeable and polite. We explained what we wanted and he was genuinely happy to help us find what we needed. He took us through the sleep mapping system to identify which mattresses would suit us best, we were offered (and accepted) tea and coffee. Jonathan didn't rush us or make us feel that we were wasting his time. We purchased a temper mattress, pillows, bed frame and headboard. The only thing we would have liked is for the items to have been available for delivery more quickly, but understand why there is a delay. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to Jonathan.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. I was assessed for my own and my husbands requirements and was made to feel as an individual as appose to any old customer. My son was also looked after and as an 8 year old spending an hour in a shop can be quite traumatic, but he now tells me he loves bed shopping. Thank you for the great experience

As we came through the door we were greeted by one of the colleagues. We had a look around the shop floor looking for a bed but we weren't sure what we were looking for. We were approached by Jon who was extremely helpful. He showed us a few beds that suited our budget. Once we found our bed he gave us lots of advise on how to care for it. Jon was amazing, the best customer service we have received! He was very friendly and didn't come across as a sales man as he wasn't pushy. If I or anyone I know is looking for a bed I couldn't recommend Dreams enough! The experience was 5*
