Charles the salesman was very friendly and helped me and my wife out with everything we asked showed us everything and was very knowledgeable. He did not push us or pressure us into buying anything we didn't want either.

The whole experience at the Chippenham store was great, my family and I received a warm welcome and were looked after throughout our visit. Charles was very helpful and patient, he was extremely knowledgeable and showed us around the suitable beds for me and my wife. We tried the sleep master which allowed us to narrow our focus and take our time to choose, we had no pressure to buy throughout our visit, Charles was brilliant a credit to the company. When I returned the next morning, John welcomed me, and very helpful with making our purchase. Overall we had an excellent experience 5stars

Charles directed us to the mattresses and was excellent in explaining the differences between them all. Couldn't rate him high enough. His level of knowledge is second to none. Because of him we purchased 2 beds.

From the moment we arrived, Charles was incredibly helpful in assisting us to understand which product we needed. We entered with a reasonably minimal understanding of the differences between mattresses, and he was able to helpfully guide us to products that might interest us. The store had some technology which helped identify mattresses which might suit you and this seemed to work very well. Charles was attentive and went the extra mile, finding a balloon for our little one to play with and offering us both a cup of tea whilst we browsed. He didn't try to upsell at any point, he just pointed out products which we might be interested in and made clear at every step what the price differences would be and what the benefits of particular products would be. Overall this was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had and we left extremely happy with our purchase.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a warm smile and non pushy assistance I choose a particular mattress and was guided to a much more suitable and strangely more affordable. All in all the service was world class having worked in customer service for years and participated in customer service training I felt the store did it all.

We have been loyal clients of Dreams for around 12 years now, and you supply ALL of our sleeping requirements in every room of our 5 bedroomed house. Reason - EXCEPTIONAL customer service from the CHIPPENHAM branch of your company. This visit involved John leading the way by example with usual personable style of management and Charles handling our enquiry. The initial approach is soft and gentle, it is honest, open and professional and always, ALWAYS, has the customers best interest at the centre. Post delivery we were assisted by Kieran and Rhianna, and the service again is the same - your staff go out of their way to make the customer feel happy. With this delivery there is a mistake - you have delivered a Rochester headboard that you don't even sell !! and EVERY time I get perfect customer service. Our replacement headboard is due for delivery 19th June 2019. We will continue to use Dreams every time and recommend to our friends and family. I am happy for you to use our details in your marketing information, with just one condition - that the emphasis is on the CHIPPENHAM TEAM. I cannot really single out just one individual when it has been this way for years.

Jonathan Fisher was really helpful. He acknowledged and assisted me as soon as I walked in the shop. He listened to what product I was after and explained all the different types of mattresses and helped me choose the best ones for my two children. Ordering through Jonathan was easy and he checked then double checked my ordered and delivery date. Excellent service and experience at the chippenham store! I will always buy from there!
