We were greeted with a warm welcome as soon as we entered the store! Friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help us choose what we were looking for.

Friendly and knowledgable staff- showed us all the options and then gave us time to have another look and discuss what we wanted without feeling pressured.

The friendliness of the staff was 100%, I've never had such attention when purchasing a mattress before and the test machine was amazing to find the mattress that fits my requirements. I can't wait for the delivery of our mattress

Both the manager and his assistant were very helpful throughout, leaving us to take our time when this was apparent and then offering help and assistance when necessary.

I have always been made welcome in the Chippenham store by first rate staff confident that they are advising on first rate products.

Kieran was highly knowledge and non pushy which was important to us. He listened to what we wanted and provided excellent service. The store was clean and tidy and facilities were very good. The product choice was good and the extras we wanted such as mattress protector, pillows and duvet were all available. We even got a great deal on the products so left very happy.

Prices were competitive and staff listened to our requirements and succeeded to provide us with the product that we wanted at a delivery date that was convenient to us. It was also good to have the disposal service available. I was also pleased that Dreams supported the Defence Discount Services scheme.

Kieron was courteous and professional. He had great knowledge and empathy and took the time to entertain our 5yr old. He wasn’t pushy but covered all of the options and tried to offer/find us the best solution. Other staff members were equally polite.

Jon was great at the chippenham store. He dealt with us on two separate occasions and went out of his way to make sure we had all the advice needed before making a decision. We have just bought a new home recently and he was great arranging a delivery suited to us. He was very approachable and very professional not to mention extremely great with our two year old who was not enjoying the bed shopping experience as much as us.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Spent lots of time helping us to choose, but also gave us our own space for a while . Good range of options.
