Charles at Chippenham store. Great guy, had lots of knowledge about every product we asked about. Keen to help but allowed us to browse without feeling pressured. Really impressed with his approach. We would definitely return. Thanks Charles. Really asset to Dreams!

We visited the Chippenham store and were greeted by Charles (I can't remember his surname), who was an excellent salesman. He put our kids at ease (not always an easy job!), explained our options very well, really knew his stuff and was friendly and good-humoured. His approach was a great reason we returned a couple of weeks later and purchased a mattress based on his recommendation. Our son is VERY happy with his mattress, so a massive thank you, particularly to Charles.
