Products were easy to find, the assistance offered in store was extremely helpful and friendly. The addition of Military discount is also most welcome.

Staff couldn’t do enough, from talking us through our options openly to playing with our kids whilst we tried out beds- they were a pleasure to do business with.

We were approached straightaway by Jon who was very helpful and informative, he listened to our requirements and suggested options. We quickly found the right products and bought extra items on Jon's recommendation e.g new tempur pillows, mattress protectors etc.we felt like we were in good hands. We did spend over our budget and we haven't received our beds yet but we are pretty sure we have made a good purchase and the quality will be great.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, service was fast and quality of the mattresses was very good. Price was good although I bought a mattress during the sale.

Upon arrival I was left to browse the goods on display which was perfect. The second the store manager, Jonathan, had finished working with a customer he came straight over and got a summary of what I was looking for and offered me a cup of tea right away. He took me through the range of different technological advances bedding has enjoyed and we narrowed down the ideal bed frame and most importantly mattress for my unique build. Jonathon spared no details in complexity when I pressed him for more information beyond the normal expectations at the point of sale. Could not be more happy with the transaction process either.
