Charles was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly.He didn't try to push us into a high end mattress, he understood that we had a budget that we had to stick to. We tried the 'Test' bed but actually ended up buying a mattress,recommended by Charles, that wasn't on the list and we would never have looked at it otherwise. Charles is a lovely chap and would certainly look for him again when we go back.

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable. And listed to what I wanted instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive product. Very pleased.

We have never visited Dreams before. We came out to buy a new Bed Frame and visited two other outlets first. Our third visit to Dreams of CHIPPENHAM WILTSHIRE, was the best if we are honest. I'm in the retail trade too, and i have to say, your service was fantastic. We were acknowledged on arrival, then left alone to look around the showroom. Once we needed assistance, it was easy and the service from there on was exceptional. We were offered Coffee/ Tea etc when we sat with Rhianna at the desk.
