I thought that the pressure monitor (dummy bed) and subsequent recommendation was a good idea.

All the staff are friendly and easy to talk to

Staff were polite, attentive and helpful. We had purchased a bed a few years ago from the same store which we were happy with and wanted the same quality. The staff were able to check and confirm the previous order which helped us in the initial selection.

Jon helped us from the minute we stepped in the door. He understood our needs from the word go and helped us find the right bed in a slightly awkward situation. He was friendly and understanding!

It was such a amazing visit in Dreams store as we were just planning to visit only but with the help of staff Keiran, we managed to purchase the item from the store. He is very generous, polite, friendly and understand the customers issue who tackle and answers with ease. Charles was amazingly helpful, really knows his stuff, broke the ice really well and we only really went back because of his service.

It was simply an amazing day out in Dreams store as we were just visiting the store but not fully planning to buy the product but with the help of Kieran who just completely turn it in a different way. The person who helped us buying what we were looking for was very nice, pleasant and highly knowledgeable - my daughter is thrilled with the picture alone of the bed , she cannot wait .
