This purchase is probably the best experience I have ever had at a store. The friendliness of the staff and their knowledge absolutely blew me away. I went into the store to look if they had an item I was looking at online and bought something that suited me better. Kieran and his team are an absolute credit to Dreams. I will certainly be buying from them again.

Explained the sleep machine, took us through all the options, did automatically push us to the most expensive. Took us through the types of mattress construction and bases to ensure we could make a informed decision. Tried various pillow to make sure our comfort was right which was very helpful.

Excellent service and highly recommend this salesman. Very understanding of our needs and budget. Friendly and welcoming and did not push us into buying extras we did not want. Wanted to help us get the best deal. Very satisfied with our purchase.

The members of staff were helpful, knowledgeable and most welcoming; a team effort was made here and there. The layout of the premises was logical, they were clean and the selection/buying process was unhurried, reassuring and professional.

All the staff made us feel welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They are professional, knowledgable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with, especially Rhianna and Jon who looked after us so well and helped with taking things out to our car as my husband is disabled. It was brilliant they could not do enough for us. I could not get upstairs to see a bed and they bought a draw down so I could see the colour and they make the best coffee.

We were assisted by Charlie and from start to finish he was very knowledgeable about the Sleep Match computer and the mattresses it advised were compatible. Our one hour appointment extended into two hours as he allowed us plenty of time to “road test” the mattresses to find one we were most happy with. He was methodical on the prices and the payment schemes on offer. We never felt “pushed” into buying something we didn’t want. Overall we were extremely happy with the great customer service we received and would definitely recommend this store and it’s staff.

The customer service was above and beyond, extremely knowledgeable about products, made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable within the store. Offered tea and coffee, enjoyed using the sleep analysis bed, would highly recommend using this store.
