The customer service was absolutely fantastic. They gave us a few minutes to have a look around and then came and chatted to us. We used the “technology bed” which helped us choose the type of mattress. The member of staff that helped us was really friendly and it was easy to talk and even have a laugh at times. We managed to get one of the GB mattresses in the sale so we are very happy!

Knowledegable assistant who took the time to explain the process and about different bed possibilities. Was not a hard sale for the most expensive item. Pleasant manner and took the time to understand requirements.

The dreams colleague, Rihanna, in the Chippenham store was brilliant. She made sure she gave us all the information needed but never pressured us once. She gave us time to think about the purchase as it was an expensive decision to make and made sure we were given a full price breakdown. The actual products were brilliant and again all information was given to us about all price points to help us make a decision. Rihanna was competent and friendly with excellent product knowledge. Great customer service which made the purchase easy as we knew we had all the correct info and went above and beyond just trying to ‘sell us something’.

The two people working there were very helpful and patient and explained everything well. Nothing was too much trouble. Charlie and the young girl were a credit to dreams and the girl even stayed on after her finishing time to make sure I had what I wanted and helped me out to the car with my purchase. Was offered a drink and Charlie was jolly on our arrival. Very good service indeed

The credit referral company system failed. The salesman (Kieran) monitored it and informed us when it was working. He even stayed on after his shift ended to accommodate us returning, the following day, to the store to make the purchase.

The salesman, Kieran was very patient and helpful all through the process. The environment and treatment was very welcoming. Would definitely go back to the chippenham store should want anything from dreams.
