Dreams - Chippenham

Dreams colleague was friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable about products. They also reminded me of a discount card I had which allowed for a good discount that I had not even known that Dreams do.

Charles was the most welcoming and professional person I have ever met.

As soon as we spoke to the assistant CHARLES he made us very welcome in the store to offer his expertise and service in helping us find our new mattress

Rhianna was respectful of our space whilst we initially looked whilst offering help which we declined. Once we were ready to discuss options she took the time to go through everything and didnt push any products. As a result we bought more than intended

We came looking for a mattress and had no idea about the mattress finder. Wow - it was great feeling it doing it's stuff. The mattress it picked for us was actually the one we preferred when trying them , so perfect !! Can't wait for it to arrive

Most helpful good knowledge of products all round good service . This is the third bed we have brought at this store in about 20 years. We as an older couple like to see and try the beds and with the knowledge of staff we find this so much better than ordering on line .

Charlie and Kieran were both extremely helpful during my time in store and with ensuring I made right decision regarding what bed to buy. They made me feel at ease whilst using the sleep match system and then took us through every option best suited to us. I couldn't recommend these two highly enough, they are an absolute credit to Dreams and we're a pleasure to deal with.

Went to store and salesman very knowledgeable but placed order online due to time frame from store to placing order and cheaper online
