The member of staff who served us was very knowledgable and didn’t push us towards anything other than what we wanted ….. more than helpful when when my sugars went low ….. being a diabetic.. this was above & beyond in my eyes …

Bought what we needed. No hassle

Charles at the Chippenham store could not have been more helpful. He helped us with the Sleepmatch machine, showed us exactly where each option was in store, made other suggestions that were similar and might be worth a try, and answered all our questions honestly and fully. It is rare to find a salesperson who can provide all the necessary information but without it feeling like a hard sell. He was absolutely pivotal in our decision to buy from Dreams rather than a different retailer. Using the Sleepmatch machine was also an excellent experience - we found three mattresses that suited both of us within the space of 15 minutes, having struggled to find one we both liked previously.

Kieron helped us with our choosing a mattress and topper which was for our toddler so didn’t want to spend too much , very helpful didn’t rush us or make us buy a more expensive one , also told us there was a clearance topper to help us save money

Charles of the Chippenham store was extremely Professional, helpful and very well informed.

The staff gave us enough breathing space just explore on our own, but then after a few minutes of wondering around, then approached and asked if we would like some help. They also quickly and efficiently processed our order.
