Looked at several bed shops before buying. Visited Dream at Chippenham and served by Rhianna. Found her friendly, competent and aware of my needs. I took away quotes and prices. I returned the following weekend and discussed my choices and in fact changed on second visit changed the mattress choice. At all times Rhianna was attentive, knowledgeable about the shop's products and even inspire me to order a new headboard to go with the bed.
