Kieran (salesman) was very welcoming and immediately put us at ease. He quickly established our needs and showed us several products to suit them. We didn’t feel rushed into making a decision and he explained the products clearly and concisely. We felt welcome and valued (a much better experience than in a Bensons for Beds store previously visited).
