Staff friendly and had interests of needs at the heart of what they did. Maintained all social distancing procedures themselves and with other customers.

Was greeted nicely & was left alone to wander the store then we approached a sales assistant & he was great in helping us get what we wanted.will & have recommended to friends & family

I was unsure exactly what I was looking for. I had been to a different store who immediately wanted me to buy something I couldn't afford. Whereas the gentlemen in dreams was honest, trustworthy and allowed me to make the choices with the info he gave. He had good knowledge and buting thd product was really easy. I thought his ability not to sell anything but what the customer actually wanted.

Your employee was really helpful and didn’t attempt to oversell. Listened to what we wanted and concentrated on that.

Charles from our local Chippenham store was excellent!! Extremely knowledgeable, informant,friendly & approachable without being pushy. The manager was also excellent....these guy's deserve recognition & praise so please pass this on to them. Thanks dream's & looking forward to dreamy sleep's!! Mr & Mrs Phillips 💯😀

Extremely friendly sales person. Very helpful. Spent appropriate amount of time helping to explain all the different options and ultimately finding us the best product for our needs and budget
