Help was at hand from the moment we asked and continued throughout our visit. He listened to the feedback we gave about each matteress we tried and provided an alternative to try next. I have a bone and back condition so getting the mattress right was very very important. He was so helpful and polite, friendly and knowledgeable we really appreciated his help and would not have make our purchase without him. We were very happy with the mattress we eventually chose. Was greeted nicely & was left alone to wander the store then we approached a sales assistant & he was great in helping us get what we wanted.will & have recommended to friends & family

I was unsure exactly what I was looking for. I had been to a different store who immediately wanted me to buy something I couldn't afford. Whereas the gentlemen in dreams was honest, trustworthy and allowed me to make the choices with the info he gave. He had good knowledge and buting thd product was really easy. I thought his ability not to sell anything but what the customer actually wanted.
