Very helpful staff, took us through the best options for me and my partner and found us the mattress best for us both.

Impressed with machine that assesses your sleep position and advises which mattresses are best for you. Also liked the pillows that were tailored to each of our needs, bought new for each of us.

The staff were lovely and not pushy at all. They let us shop around without feeling pressured into buying anything. Rhiannon put through my order and made sure we got the best out of the deal available, along with a speedy delivery.

I walked into Dreams to look for a bed as I need a new one, within about 2 minutes I was approached by Kieran who was super friendly and very welcoming, I politely declined any help and continued to look around, I was split between two beds so I returned later with my mum to help me choose and once I had gone back to view, both Kieran and Charles were walking up the stairs to help assist, we had a small conversation to which kieran helped us choose based on the room and placement of the bed, once I had decided which bed to buy we all went downstairs to go through the buying process, we were both offered tea/coffee and a bottle of water which was very nice value added, we went through the process as he took my details, both lads were very chatty and extremely happy to help, offering both advice on the different extras and breakdown of costs which helped me decide the best options for me, Kieran clearly defined the date of delivery and the marketing emails I would receive etc etc. I have not yet received my bed but from the service I received I am expecting good things.

Staff were very helpful, Charles I think, he explained everything thoroughly. The bed tester was interesting. Would be interesting to get the results to look at. The salesman listened and was not pushy. Everyone was friendly without being "in your face". Could've done with a lift.
