Dreams - Chippenham

Called into the Chippenham branch looking at getting ideas prior to purchasing a new mattress. Was met by Rhianna who put us on the 'test' bed to determine which mattress was best suited to our needs. She then led us to the best suited mattress for us to try. We were allowed to try several different ones by various manufacturers and various prices listening to our comments and not putting on any pressure on us towards any particular manufacturer or price. She showed us what was available and let us make the choices and from merely looking for a new mattress we left after buying a complete bed which meets everything we dreamt of having and at a cost we could afford. The service and help was outstanding with no hint of any pressure from the member of staff and allowed us to lead.

Help was at hand from the moment we asked and continued throughout our visit. He listened to the feedback we gave about each matteress we tried and provided an alternative to try next. I have a bone and back condition so getting the mattress right was very very important. He was so helpful and polite, friendly and knowledgeable we really appreciated his help and would not have make our purchase without him. We were very happy with the mattress we eventually chose.
