The staff are very friendly very knowledgeable and welcoming overall it was a very enjoyable experience. I was amazed at the technological information about beds today. I was particularly impressed with Rihanna.

Kieron served us and had exactly the right blend of support and information whilst also giving us space to discuss our purchase. We bought the mattress but when we said we could not find a frame we liked he spent time showing us some online options and let us know where we could view them. We didn't feel that we were pressured into an expensive sale as he showed us a range of products to suit different budget needs. This was very important to me. I have previously felt pressured and then ashamed when I could not afford the top priced item. We felt that the store was Covid safe and it was clear that safety provision was in place. I also felt that the staff were very conscious not to show different parties items immediately next to each other at the same time which was great.

Very informative sales colleague. Very helpful and I liked that he wasn’t pushing us to have the most expensive items but what was best for our needs.

We were greeted in a friendly cheerful manner when we entered the store. The young lady seemed very knowledgeable about how we should consider the type of mattress we needed for our bed base, advising us to use the technology in store to ascertain the mattress needed. This we did and she then took us to the various beds to try out what was advised for us. We found shopping at this store very relaxing, enjoyable and we came away having had coffee whilst the order was being placed and very satisfied with the overall experience. Our thanks to Jenny for making us feel like valued customers.

Assistant listened and advised accordingly. Mattresses were matched to our specific needs. No pressure to buy and all questions answered. Knowledgeable snd approachable. All COVID-related protection in place. High emphasis on customer satisfaction.
