As I entered the store I was clearly explained the distancing guidelines and what the store did in case I wanted to try a mattress. I was then directed to the area of the store for what I was looking for. Soon after a store employee joined to answer any questions. He assisted in a non agressive sales way which was great. And helped me with all my questions and helped me decide the product and place the order.

Assistant Kieran was friendly, polite and helpful. He gave us lots of his time, and allowed us to take as long as we needed. He talked through the various options, and helped us rule out the ones that weren't right for us.

The staff were attentive. They understood my needs and made several suggestions from which to make my choice. It was a professional and comfortable environment.
