Dreams - Chippenham

The chap was very attentive, analysed our needs and helped us. We weren’t rushed, he was thoughtful and even gave our son a sheet to low on!

My partner and I went to the Chippenham store to buy a new bed and was greeted by kieran, we felt at ease and made aware of health safety / covid rules. After this kieran listened to our needs and helped us throughout the decision making process. We both agreed we hadn’t had customer service like this for a while. We ended up buying a dreams bed that we are really happy with. I never normally leave feedback but feel because of the Kieran’s customer service I have and hope he gets to see this.

When visiting the Chippenham branch. We went in to find a new mattress with no idea of what we wanted. We were instantly greeted in a friendly professional manor by Rhianna. She made us aware of their safety procedures and Covid precautions before helping us on our search. She was very helpful, full of knowledge and made us feel at ease and un rushed whilst making our choices.

The salesman at Chippenham store namely Charles was fantastic. His knowledge of the products surpassed mine and my partners expectations and he went above and beyond to ensure we got the product best suited to our wants and needs. He stayed on past store closing to finish the order. All of the staff were friendly and we couldn't believe how kindly we were treated. Would highly recommend this store. Although the delivery date was not arranged due to long lead times we are happy to wait for what we consider will be our perfect bed.

We walked In to the store and were almost instantly greeted by a member of staff. We asked to have a look at a specific bed we saw online and couldn't remember the name of it but from our description she knew which one it was. We then went on the mattress computer and from our results she took us to the recommended ones we gave a rough guide to our budget and she catered for that aswell. She wasn't pushy which was great.

Friendly, professional staff who were available when needed and able to fully answer our questions. Felt our individual needs were met and didn’t feel pressurised to purchase. Would highly recommend.

The store was very quiet at the time but the staff were very friendly and helppful with what we required. They also helped us a choose an alternative mattress that we could take away as it was needed urgently. We had a lovely time at the Chippenham store. We were in much need of a new mattress and didn’t know where to begin! We were shown to the sleep machine and were measured to find our perfect mattress. We were thrilled to have a lot of different options. Even though the store was busy, the assistance we received was second to none and Rhianne talked us through each of the different mattresses. She had some great product knowledge and was so friendly. We were sold on one mattress and we were walking out the door very happy customers! We can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive!
