Dreams - Chippenham

When they delivered my bed they said they would call after 10am on Saturday. They called at 07:58 for an 08:45 delivery! They had the wrong screws X 30 to action the storage element. Said customer services would call me within the hour to book anorher appointment for the correct storage and screw elements. Customer services called around 3pm to say a package would be delivered and upon receipt I should call to book another appointment time for someone to come and finalise on site!!!!!! Really not happy - I would have bought from Bensons beds but their reputation is not great and, now, neither is yours!
