THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THERE´S ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT.

There is always room for improvement.

Surprised that there weren't many mattresses that we could take away that day.

We didn't like the sales pitch at the end offering us mattress insurance etc. Once we made our decision we just wanted to pay & go

It can be a bit intimidating having the sales person follow you around the shop. We ended up paying much more than I was expecting. I'd checked prices online as a guide however the final price in store was significantly higher as we had to select different items due to availability.

Nearest delivery date was a few weeks wait but this was not unreasonable.

Shop was understaffed

I am a tough cookie to please. Whilst the goods where high quality I felt the prices where too high.

The overall appearance of the showroom was more like a nicely painted warehouse & was not as plush as your competitors showroom, which was next door.

The sales assistant was very helpful and polite. I did not feel pushed into a sale but given good advice.
