We knew the bed and mattress we wanted .We had researched this before and had tried to order before but was out of stock . This time both were in stock and we were able to arrange delivery by the end of the week .

We were given time to try the mattresses out with no rush. No hard sell.

We are returning customers to Dreams. We were assisted by Charles who was extremely knowledgeable on products and he made the purchase easier than expected. We opted to try the ‘Sleep Match’ and as a result the mattress we thought we were going to purchase was not found to be the comfiest bed for us. We went in for a combination mattress and came out with a Hyde and Sleep K memory mattress Lilac. The Sleep Match was really useful. A complete surprise decision and we would not have tried it out had it not been for advice from Charles. Very much looking forward to the delivery.

Extremely helpful & pleasant salesperson but was not over the top, just the right amount of help when needed but left us alone at times. Appeared very knowledgeable about all the products, & did not try to push any one in particular, & gave us the pros & cons of the products we were looking at. A very good salesperson!

On entering we were kindly guided to use hand gel and were informed of PPE equipment to use when testing beds (due to covid19). Charles was our salesperson and he was a delight. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He introduced other staff members to us and said they were all there to help. We purchased 2 mattresses, after we used the sleep test machine which was brilliant and the results were explained in depth by Charles. A quick delivery time given and have received confirmation email already of delivery. We are extremely impressed with Dreams Chippenham and without question will recommended to others and use again in the future

My partner and I have been having terrible nights sleep as of late, so decided to treat ourselves to a new bed. Upon entering the Chippenham store we were greeted by Kieran and he started asking us questions about ourselves and what we were looking for. He then directed us to the automated machine that helps determine the best mattress for us.
