The young girl in the store ( she said that she was relatively new to the store) openly said she was a ‘little hungover’!! She kept forgetting her train of thought and kept going off for water. Although I didn’t actually mind, this is highly unprofessional and not expected when I’m spending a few thousand pounds and when she is so new to the role. Quite disgusted by this!

Staff were excellent, very helpful, great product knowledge. My only gripe would be the expense of a new bed or mattress in the current market is way too much in my opinion.
