The experience was fine, perfectly functional - but it's not a 'luxurious' experience. It's essentially an out of town large warehouse style room full of beds/mattresses.

I'm overall happy with the service etc. I'm just not sure I made the write choice with the mattress

Nothing to do with staff, they were very helpful but we have had a lot of problems finding suitable headboards for small single beds and would have preferred a larger choice of materials such as wood
