Extremely friendly efficient service from both members of staff working at the store. After choosing the product we wanted i had to return later to pay as we were in a hurry and had to go to the vets. When I returned at lunch the assistant had made sure all my requirements had been passed on to the other assistant and they were quickly able to process my order.

Shane Chippenham Branch was very helpful, informative . Allowed me time to make decision. Would definitely return.

Well I was unsure to go to dreams but boy im glad I did! Your colleague made me very welcome, was a very friendly, humorous man. I was so indecisive on what mattress we went around everyone about 3 times before I found the one I wanted and he helped in every way he could and explained everything so well for me. This was the first bed I have ever bought personally and was so happy with the choices and costumer care, the deals you have on are amazing! I have recommended to 3 family members and all of my friends and 4 of them are going in this week to purchase as they were shocked by what I was telling them about the offers and care that was given. Please do keep up the great work its so great. you made my experience of buying my first bed very lovely and fun :) And this competition is also very exciting!! Emily

Very Efficient and satisfied with goods.

Very satisfied that my previous problem was rectified and I was able to exchange the mattress for vouchers. Shame there is a six week delay on delivery of a small single headboard

Finance system was not working

I was highly satisfied with everything to do with my purchase but this form is telling me I am saying I wasn’t satisfied but I was satisfied so it’s lying!!
