Shane store manager knew his products when I explained what I needed. He was prompt with his actions required. Was courteous and polite when I entered and welcomed me to dreams. Very professional in conduct and I wouldn't hesitate in buying again from Dreams. Only one disappointing factor I havent to wait 3 week for my mattress.

Shane,the store manager was extremely pleasant and very helpful.we had an enjoyable experience and had a good laugh together.We would recommend people to go to this store because of Shane's quality of knowledge and service.

Hi Wayne, Shuan, no Shane was very friendly, professional and we couldn't get his name right. It was abit of an experiance but everything turned out in the end. I cannot wait for the bed to arrive, not long. Our daughter bought her first bed from you guys afew weeks ago and is over the moon. We will pass the word around.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Gave enough space to peruse the store whilst being readily available to advise on products. At time of ordering no pressure was exerted in an attempt to cajole me into purchasing products or services I didn't need I.e. home assembly.

Recognised us earlier. Knew the customer and our needs. As soon as we returned later in the day he was already attentive and knew what we were looking for.

We had the store manager serve us and he shown us a wide variety of mattresses, of all prices. He made us feel comfortable trying the mattresses and offered us pillows similar to the ones we use at home. He was very patient while we were deciding what mattress we'd like. He also explained the different payment methods we could use in simple, but understandable detail :)
