The advisor was extremely helpful and understanding and provided options to get around my lack of storage space but my need to keep my shoe collection at its size!

The assistants in the store were superb, they knew their stock, their brand and were very helpful, we bought our daughters new beds from here a few months ago and was so pleased with the level of service that this is why we came back today to buy our new bed. We will not go anywhere else and have recommended the store and staff to friends and family.

The assitant let us try several beds and gave a variety of pillows so we could experience the mattress in similar circumstances to the one we have at home. He didnt hurry us or push us at any particular product. It was a relaxed experience and we went in just to look and ended up buying 2 mattresses. All the staff in the store were help and there was a professional atmosphere in the store.

Good knowledge, not too pushy, showed us lots of options, let us make a decision.
