My husband and I weren't overly sure of what we wanted, just that we needed a good night's sleep! Shane was so knowledgable and used his firsthand experience to advise on what to purchase. He wasn't pushy in the slightest and discussed a whole range of options with us. He was also fantastic with our newborn baby who was with us and very patient with her needs, as well as ours!

The service was exemplary and Shane was a credit to the company. His product knowledge was superb and he really took the time to understand exactly what we needed and ensured we tried all the options. Although he was timely I didn't feel rushed. Not only would i recomed dreams but specifically Shane and the Chippenham store.

We were promptly served by Jonathan, he was very polite, very informative and very efficient. We will certainly return to the store the next time we require a new bed.

Have not bought a bed in years and was looking for a specific size and type. I was given assistance by a very helpful gentleman, sales man, and was able to purchase the very bed I was looking for.
