Jonathan was brilliant. Very chatty, got to know what I was looking for and didn't pressure me at any time. He listened to what I was looking for and gave me several options including different pillows. I am really looking forward to taking delivery of my new bed! The atmosphere in store was great as Jonathan and his manager had a good rapport which made me comfortable and at ease.

Went in, understood our needs, came out with something better!

The salesman was excellent. He really understood what my daughter was looking for in a bed, before she did. His "trick" with the softer pillow was genius and has resulted in her choosing a much more appropriate mattress/divan combination that she had originally intended. As the bed was for my daughter, her experience was very important. The salesman understood this from the beginning and treated her with complete respect and a rapport was built up which she will remember. This will reap rewards in a few years' time when she is purchasing beds for her own home. Thank you so much for making this an enjoyable experience.

My visit to the Dreams store in Chippenham was far more pleasant than I had imagined. Jonathan was very attentive as he listened to my requirements and took trouble to find a bed to suit my needs. There was no pressure to buy and once I had decided, every thing was explained to me carefully. I have hearing loss and mobility problems so I found this extremely good. Shaun, the manager made us a very welcome cup of tea which was much appreciated. The Customer Service was excellent.

I explained my requirements and was advised about all the alternatives that might suit my needs. This was all done in a friendly environment with Jonathon, a personable assistant who made the experience comfortable. He was immediately available to come to my assistance when I entered the store, but at no time did I feel pestered into making a purchase. His courtesy and co-operative nature made this an enjoyable shopping experience.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. They answered all the questions we asked. Went through everything clearly and made sure we were clear on everything that was said and understood our needs.
